CSense Training Courses

Learn to use your CSense Process Performance Enhancement software quickly and effectively, and save time and resources!
CSense provides training for all of our products. This enables you to gain in-depth knowledge of the CSense platform and product suite. Courses cover basic to advanced process troubleshooting, and performance enhancing tools, such as control loop monitoring, identifying the root causes of process deviation, and statistical process control.

• Rapid Process Troubleshooting (2 days)
• Troubleshoot your process to identify causes of production problems, use models to explain production variances and optimize operating conditions.

• Comprehensive Process Troubleshooting (5 days)
• Troubleshoot your process and understand the data, learn how to practically construct process models and implement the results online, enhancing your process performance.

• Process+ training (1 day)
• This web-based application is used to identify, monitor and correct poorly performing control loops.

• Cause+ training (1 day)
• Cause+ is used to identify real-time causes of deviations in process key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as for online monitoring, reporting and correcting these deviating KPIs.

• SPC+ training (1 day)
• Continuous online monitoring and reporting of statistical process control statistics for process KPIs, based on the Six Sigma methodology.
