- Comprehensive Process Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot your process and understand the data, learn how to practically construct process models and implement the results online, enhancing your process performance.
- Rapid Process Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot your process to identify causes of production problems, use models to explain production variances and optimize operating conditions.
- Process+ training
- This web-based application is used to identify, monitor and correct poorly performing control loops.
- Cause+ training
- Cause+ is used to identify real-time causes of deviations in process key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as for online monitoring, reporting and correcting these deviating KPIs.
- SPC+ training
- Continuous online monitoring and reporting of statistical process control statistics for process KPIs, based on the Six Sigma methodology.

Conditions for Registration
Payment
Course fees are due prior to commencement of the course. Our administrators will contact you on registration to facilitate this payment.
Cancellations
Bookings for all courses that are cancelled between 21 and 10 days prior to the course are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings that are cancelled 10 days prior to the course are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel any course if an insufficient number of delegates have booked. In such an event, fees that have been paid will be refunded in full.
