“ Initially, we will be providing the Finnish mining and minerals equipment giant with our CSense technology, comments Crusader’s CTO, Jacques Ludik. “These will be used to develop process modelling, decision support and control applications that will offer their customers highly advanced, efficient and pro-active workable solutions.
“The partnership agreement does not only constitute Csense application development rights and software
licences, but also a comprehensive software support plan, software and applications training, user group support and marketing material, says Ludik.
Crusader Systems, founded in 1997 by Derick Moolman and Jacques Ludik in Stellenbosch, enjoyed a rapid growth, which enabled it to establish a critical mass team for research and development. Relative market opportunities led the company to focus on its CSense for remote condition management. This system manages the condition of equipment and process in real-time.
