Because of CSense’ data processing and analysis capabilities, Nedzink is able to discover exactly what causes the production of a bad block of zinc. From this they can learn and find new ways of ensuring consistent production of high quality products. They have already found some very interesting correlations between certain mechanical properties and the strength of the final product. They are continuing to use CSense to optimise their processes.
